  • What is Coaching?

    Coaching is unlike anything you have experienced before. Think of a coaching session as YOUR space. Your space to be heard, to question, to vent, to dream, to play. It's whatever you need it to be. There is no right or wrong way to show up. Just bring you and your life, and I'll do the rest.


    Coaching is different than therapy or counseling, although they can work beautifully together. Coaching focuses on the future and what you want to create in your life.

    Absolutely! I know this because I've done it! I lost 150 pounds and because of the skills and tools I learned with my coach, I'm now able to maintain my weight easily.

    How Can Coaching Help You?

    As your coach, my focus is YOU.


    The first thing we'll do is discover what your goals are and talk about why they're important to you. I want to know what matters to you.


    We'll talk about the things you've tried; the parts you liked and what you hated. The parts you hated are key.


    Every week, we'll work together to build a realistic, doable plan that will help you begin to think differently about your body, your food, and your life so that you can achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable and even FUN.


    It has to be fun!


    It's not a "quick fix" kind of thing. You already know those kinds of promises are worthless. This is not about three easy steps to success. No.


    Coaching is about transformation. It's real, deep, lasting change. The kind of change you crave and is worth your time and effort. The kind of change where you won't even recognize yourself a few months from now.

    Here's how we get started: we talk. That's it. No long forms to fill out, or credit cards required.

    We simply have a conversation and get to know each other. We can talk on Zoom or on the phone.
